What is the standard shipping timeframe for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Are Mr. Heater products safe for indoor use?
Many of our models, such as the Buddy series, are indoor-safe and feature Oxygen Depletion Sensors (ODS). However, you must always check your specific model's manual for indoor rating and ventilation requirements.
What is your return policy for home heating units?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, units that have been fueled or used cannot be returned via standard carriers.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, most Mr. Heater products carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
How do I know which heater size is right for my room?
A general rule of thumb is that you need approximately 30-40 BTUs per square foot of living space. You can use our online BTU calculator to find the perfect match for your home or garage.
